Our Classes
The Adult Education Program classes are designed for adults with limited mastery of basic educational skills; who do not have a high school diploma; or who are unable to speak, read or write the English language.
Our free, in-person and online classes include:
- English for speakers of Other Languages (ESL)
- High School Equivalency (GED® preparation) in English and Spanish
- Career Training
- College Preparation
- Digital Literacy
- English for Internationally Trained Professionals
- U.S. Citizenship Interview Preparation
We serve Bastrop, Blanco, Burnet, Caldwell, Fayette, Hays, Lee, Llano and Williamson and rural Travis County.
Adult Education services are for adults 19 years and older. Young adults 16 to 18 years of age may also be eligible if they are not attending school.
- If you are 17 or 18 years old and not in school, please register. A staff member will contact you to let you know if you are eligible.
- If you are 16 years old, you must be ordered to attend HSE/GED® classes by a court of law.
