Community Services programs provide assistance to low-income families and individuals who seek to enhance their quality of life or achieve economic self-sufficiency. Services primarily include utility assistance, rental assistance, case management services and senior citizen services. The senior citizens program is designed to serve older individuals (age 60 and above). Priority is given to those seniors with the greatest economic and social need, with particular attention to minority, rural and frail individuals |
